Pasqualina began her career in the Purchasing Department in 1999 as temporary employee and joined effectively Italpack in 2003.

She held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in the Purchasing and Logistics department, until becoming  Manager of Purchasing and Logistics for Italpack, in 2010.

She holds a degree in technical management and she performed her knowledge attending several endorsement courses in Purchasing and Logistics, International Trade Terms, ERP software solutions.
